An attractive silver medical information pendant worn to ensure important details can be found in an emergency.  

Engraved to the front small disc is the international recognised medic symbol and the words medic aware. Move the small disc to reveal the ICE (In Case of Emergency) contact name and number. Included is a name or word to the bottom of the front of the large disc if required. This could be the wearer's name or a medical condition eg diabetic.

Optionally, the back of the large disc can be engraved with medical conditions or any engraving text that is preferred.
